Escritor puertorriqueño (San Juan). Tiene una licenciatura en literatura inglesa por la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico y una maestría en filosofía por la Universidad Mundial. Fue profesor de inglés durante casi toda su vida. Actualmente está retirado y se dedica a escribir. Poemas suyos han sido publicados en revistas literarias como The Battered Suitcase, Zygote in my Coffee, Right Hand Pointing, Origami Condom, Poets Ink Review, Poui, the Cave Hill Literary Annual, Flutter, Silenced Press, Cause & Effect, The Cherry Blossom Review, The Linnet's Wing Ink Sweat & Tears y Ascent Aspirations Magazine. Flutter Press publicó su primera colección de poesía, At the Tail End of Dusk (2009).
